1. Cancellation by Customer/Website

1.1 Cancellation by Customer: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service by emailing us on info@kitchensecret.in . Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

1.2 Cancellation by Website: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent transaction or violation of our terms and conditions. In such cases, we may cancel the order with or without providing prior notification to the customer. We also maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access or cancel any orders placed by them.

2. Returns

2.1 Damaged Products: As we deal with food products, we follow a strict NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. However, we will consider supplementing the product delivered to you if it is damaged. To initiate a damaged product redressal, please contact our customer service at info@kitchensecret.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. Each case will be assessed on an individual and case-by-case basis. No claims will be entertained if the exterior plastic bottle seal is open.

2.2 Return Process: To return a damaged product, please do not send it back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. You may be required to provide your receipt number, images and videos for efficient processing of the damaged product redressal.

2.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement product.

3. Replacements

3.1 Approved Replacements: If your damaged product qualifies for a replacement, we will process and ship the replacement product to you within 10-15 days from the approval date.
