Kitchen Secret Product: Pineapple Chutney
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup pasta boiled
- 3-4 tbsp Kitchen Secret Pineapple Chutney
- 4 scoops coconut ice-cream
- 1 sprig mint leaf
Method:
- In some hot water, boil pasta
- Once boiled, strain the hot water and store in cool water. The pasta needs to be cool.
- Once cool, transfer to fresh bowl. Add pineapple chutney and toss well.
- Spoon 2 tbsp in a plate.
- Top it with a scoop of coconut ice-cream and a mint sprig on top.
