Pineapple Coconut Nest

Kitchen Secret Product: Pineapple Chutney 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup pasta boiled
  • 3-4 tbsp Kitchen Secret Pineapple Chutney
  • 4 scoops coconut ice-cream
  • 1 sprig mint leaf

Method:

  1. In some hot water, boil pasta
  2. Once boiled, strain the hot water and store in cool water. The pasta needs to be cool.
  3. Once cool, transfer to fresh bowl. Add pineapple chutney and toss well.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp in a plate.
  5. Top it with a scoop of coconut ice-cream and a mint sprig on top.
