Kitchen Secret Product: Pesto
Ingredients:
- 2 khakra discs
- 20-30 g Secret Kitchen Pesto
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- Handful cherry tomatoes
- Chili flakes to season
- Oregano to season
- 1 tsp grated cheese
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
- Neatly slice mozzarella cheese and keep aside.
- Take 1 khakhra and spread the grated cheese on it. Then place the second khakra disc on it. This will keep the pizza crisp and not let it break.
- Delicately spread pesto on the base of the top khakhra.
- Top it with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes
- Season with chili flakes and oregano
- Bake it for 3-5 mins, until cheese begins to melt and the edges get a shade darker.
- Decorate with fresh basil and serve.
Note: The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
