Kitchen Secret Product: Garlic Chutney
Ingredients:
- 2 roti
- 80-100 g paneer
- 2 tbsp Secret Kitchen Garlic Chutney
- 1 tsp curd
- 4 lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup assorted bell peppers
- 1 tbsp Secret Kitchen Onion Chili Crunch
Method:
- Wash and chop bell peppers in cubes.
- Saute in little olive oil. Season with salt.
- Wash the lettuce leave and dry on a cloth.
- Tear into smaller pieces.
- Cut paneer into thin rectangle pieces.
- In a bowl, add garlic chutney and curd. Mix.
- Add the paneer and ensure all pieces are covered well.
- On a griddle, heat the roti. Keep it soft else rolling the wrap will be difficult.
- Spread lettuce and bell peppers, forming a line in the centre of the roti.
- Spread paneer over it.
- Add the onion chili crunch on top.
- Roll and bite and enjoy!
Note: You can add/subtract veggies to the sauté as per your preference. The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
