Paneer Wrap

Kitchen Secret Product: Garlic Chutney 

Ingredients:

  • 2 roti
  • 80-100 g paneer
  • 2 tbsp Secret Kitchen Garlic Chutney
  • 1 tsp curd
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • ¼ cup assorted bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Secret Kitchen Onion Chili Crunch

Method:

  1. Wash and chop bell peppers in cubes.
  2. Saute in little olive oil. Season with salt.
  3. Wash the lettuce leave and dry on a cloth.
  4. Tear into smaller pieces.
  5. Cut paneer into thin rectangle pieces.
  6. In a bowl, add garlic chutney and curd. Mix.
  7. Add the paneer and ensure all pieces are covered well.
  8. On a griddle, heat the roti. Keep it soft else rolling the wrap will be difficult.
  9. Spread lettuce and bell peppers, forming a line in the centre of the roti.
  10. Spread paneer over it.
  11. Add the onion chili crunch on top.
  12. Roll and bite and enjoy!

Note: You can add/subtract  veggies to the sauté as per your preference. The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
