Onion Masala Pav

Kitchen Secret Product: Onion Masala, Garlic Chutney 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pav
  • ½ tsp Kitchen Secret Garlic Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Kitchen Secret Onion Masala
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 tbsp capsicum
  • Handful coriander
  • Lemon juice to season
  • Salt to season
  • ½ tsp pav bhaji masala

Method:

  1. Wash and small dice  tomato and capsicum.
  2. Roughly chop coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  3. Slice the pav from centre.
  4. Heat a pan, add a tsp of butter. 
  5. Cook the outside of the pav till golden brown and keep aside.
  6. In the same pan, add another tsp of butter.
  7. Add capsicum and saute. Add the tomato second.
  8. Once it’s half cooked, add garlic chutney, onion masala, pav bhaji masala. Cook till veggies are tender and mushy.Season with salt and lemon juice as per your taste.
  9. Once masala is ready, take the pav and place the inside on the masala and cook.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Note: The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
