Kitchen Secret Product: Onion Masala, Garlic Chutney
Ingredients:
- 2 Pav
- ½ tsp Kitchen Secret Garlic Chutney
- 2 tbsp Kitchen Secret Onion Masala
- 1 small tomato
- 1 tbsp capsicum
- Handful coriander
- Lemon juice to season
- Salt to season
- ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
Method:
- Wash and small dice tomato and capsicum.
- Roughly chop coriander leaves. Keep aside.
- Slice the pav from centre.
- Heat a pan, add a tsp of butter.
- Cook the outside of the pav till golden brown and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add another tsp of butter.
- Add capsicum and saute. Add the tomato second.
- Once it’s half cooked, add garlic chutney, onion masala, pav bhaji masala. Cook till veggies are tender and mushy.Season with salt and lemon juice as per your taste.
- Once masala is ready, take the pav and place the inside on the masala and cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Note: The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
