Kitchen Secret Product: Sundried Tomato in Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 1 croissant
- 1 tsp olive Oil
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp Kitchen Secret Sundried Tomato in Olive Oil
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Slice the croissant from the middle.
- Butter generously. Toast in the oven or gas.
- Thinly slice half avocado.
- Place on the toasted bread.
- In a pan, heat olive oil.
- Meanwhile, break eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt, chili flakes and oregano. Whisk to combine.
- Add egg mixture to the pan and cook to scramble. Do not overcook. Keep it slightly loose.
- Place this over the sliced avocado. Top it with some sundried tomato.
- Bite away and enjoy!
Note: You can replace croissant with any bread of your preference. You can add any other veggies in the scrambled egg. The seasoning can be adjusted as per taste preference.
